Our Policy
At Your Healing Place, your wellness is our priority. We respect your valuable time. When you arrive (in person, phone, or virtually via Zoom), there is NO wait and No other clients to interfere with you having your moment of clarity. For that reason, we have established a strict cancellation policy. Please be aware of it. Please contact us 24 hrs (BY PHONE) before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your office visit fee and membership session. Also, please note that if you are 15 min late, the session will be canceled-no make up session can be offered. ( In-person, phone, or virtual Zoom session) Each session needs allotted time. No time can be added when you are late, and lateness creates a barrier for a genuine breakthrough!
Fees & Services:
Deposits:
If you opted to use the deposit option when booking your appointment or enrolling in a program, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Your account balance is due no later than 24 hours before arrival. Or, if enrolled in a coaching program, fees are due by the end of the program cycle.( 8 weeks or 12 weeks). No financial transactions are conducted at the office. All transactions are electronic.
No show, no call forfeits cost of the session. No refunds. If enrolled in a program, once logged in, its your responsibility to engage and get the best from what's offered. Lack of participation does not constitute a refund.
Grace Period
We allow a 15 minute grace period for a late show. Your appointment cannot be extended to make up the time. If lateness is beyond 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled without refund. No Refunds will be given after service has been rendered. This includes ZOOM Wellness Consults.
Remedies
Remedies can be returned if found to be tampered with or is not the correct order, whether opened or unopened, within 30 days, No refund will be issued until the item is returned back to the sender within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed from the date of delivery to you, there can be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Memberships/ Bundles/ Price Plans
Memberships, Bundles, and Price plans are personalized experiences. Each embodies its own dynamic to give you the best service and technologically advanced recommendations for your healing potential. There will be no refunds for these services after your first session, or if 30 days or more have passed prior to your first session. However, you may cancel within 30 days if have never logged into the course platform, accepted access to the private groups by email or phone. These programs exclusively offer coaching, testing, detox, and remedies-specific to your needs.
Events ( ALL IN-PERSON EVENTS ARE CANCELED DUE TO COVID UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE):
Events offer an additional opportunity to engage with others and submerge yourself in your healing journey. Head-count and supplies are tailored to RSVPs. No refund is given if you do not show up for a paid event. Check out our events. All events have been moved to the From Panic to Empowerment website!
